Review: "As a retired teacher, who is also a grandmother, I used this kit in my grandson's summer camp [for a lesson] about the "Enchanted Garden". Children from ages 1 1/2 to 6 years attended. As a climax to the unit, the students gathered things the fairies liked from nature. Since fairies do not destroy anything, we used only natural items we found. The children enjoyed searching, collecting, placing the objects on the paper and, most of all, the results of their efforts. I have been invited back next year to do it again. My grandson goes to kindergarten this year, so we hope to use it again."

To make the ears, I took a visor and cut triangles where the ears should be, and then the kids wore the visors upside down so they stood upright as ears. Each kid got to color and decorate his or her own ears. We used face paint for nose and whiskers. The kids loved it! An inexpensive solution and a lot of fun."

Review: "These shapes are a LOT of fun. Even my adult students love them. We use the Colorations® Liquid Watercolor paints with them. Just dip the brush, touch it to the shape and watch it suck in the pigment. Great way to introduce people to color mixing. The colors mix beautifully right on the shape. I only give the students magenta, turquoise and yellow for this project because I want them to experiment with producing secondary colors. They love it. (Fun for me, too!) The shapes stay wet a long time, so when the students are finished, they may choose to sprinkle salt on their shape and/or spray lightly with water or alcohol for textural effects. The finished shapes are very attractive no matter the skill level, and the students are always pleased with them."
