Review: "We sponge painted and stamped these banners with acrylic paint, and they came out great. We've been able to hang them outside with no problems. We cut letters out of contact paper, affixed them onto the banners and painted over them. After we removed the letters, we outlined the letters with a permanent marker, and they look fabulous!"
