Who Won the 2008 Directors' Choice Awards?

Thursday night at NAEYC 2008 in Dallas was dedicated to presenting the prestigious Directors' Choice awards to winning manufacturers of early childhood products. This event is organized each year by EarlyChildhood NEWS magazine to honor participants and friends of the program, and to officially announce the winners of the Judges' Selection awards. This year 22 winning products in 10 categories were honored with Directors' Choice awards and four products from the this group of winners were awarded the program's highest honor, the Judges' Selection award. Community Playthings, Ozark River, Carl R. Sams II Photography and Gryphon House were all winners of the Judges' Selection awards this year.

Sorry I had to miss the annual awards. They mean a lot to me, as does everything about Discount School Supply and ECNews. HAd a little surgery, but all went well and I'm fine. See you NEXT YEAR at NAEYC I have a book I want to enter in your wonderful Director's Choice Awards. I'll see if I can find the entry form.

Thank you for all you do for children and their caretakers and parents.

Sincerely, MaryAnn Kohl, author
