Review: "We purchased these because we used them in an art class. We were "sold" once we used them in class. We got a set for home. These pencils are not only beautiful; they are functional. I think any age child would like them. They are thicker than a regular pencil, and the coverage they make is almost like a crayon. It's brilliant and precise. They have wood on the outside with cute figures all over them, like the green is covered with little frogs. My dad was so impressed; he bought seven more for all his other grandchildren, ranging in ages from 9-16! Nice, nice product."
